Raymond Zenkich is a founding partner of Red Chalk Group, LLC, a trusted adviser to C-suite executives at Fortune 100 firms and private equity executives worldwide on strategic issues relating to disruptive technologies (such as Blockchain and cryptocurrencies), growth initiatives, and intellectual property management.
He leads the Firm’s consulting practice and has developed a team of high-impact professionals with distinctive strategic and operational capabilities. While building the practice, Raymond has grown an extensive network of clients and colleagues in financial services, IT, legal services (AM Law 100), and high-tech ecosystems. His diverse industry experience includes financial services, mobile telecommunications, consumer electronics, and information technology.
In addition to serving clients and leading engagement teams, Raymond also led the development of highly regarded practice assets on Blockchain, Insurance, asset valuation, M&A due diligence, portfolio management, and commercialization He has also served as a testifying expert on asset valuation in U.S. and Canadian Federal Courts for a multi-billion dollar bankruptcy litigation.
Raymond received his MS and BA from Northwestern University and also studied at the University of Zürich
